"It is unfortunate that human greed is the reason for cheap and nasty pet food. As I don’t consider myself to be a cow, I have eliminated grains in my family to a minimum. Most grains deliver empty calories, like white bread etc. The same goes for most rice or pasta types, the goodness has been taken out of it like the kernel and the oils and we eat what is left. Not a very healthy diet for humans either, but a cheap if dangerous alternative, like

Roger, if you want to add: "I have seen many chronic illnesses in dogs and cats following vaccine use. The chief problem is the vaccination routinely of those not really healthy to begin with. They do not respond well and become even more out of balance as a result. If the animal is healthy to start with and mature enough to respond appropriately, then one vaccination is sufficient for life immunity in most

This is Walmart’s brand of dog food and is the biggest seller in the U.S. because it’s so cheap. When you see the ingredients in this food, you’ll see why.
On the WalMart website, it says “Ol’Roy – Complete Nutrition Dog Food, 100% Satisfaction – Trusted Brand – Quality Guaranteed. Ol’ Roy Is Committed to Providing Your Dog With The Highest Quality Nutrition Possible.” Unbelievable!
One of the worst foods you can buy for your dog.
Ol’ Roy was one of the brands of pet food that were implicated in the 
huge 2007 Melamine recall in which cats and dogs were sickened and died from being poisoned by contaminants in vegetable proteins imported into the United States from China and used as ingredients in pet food.
Ol’ Roy was also found to contain the lethal drug pentobarbital which is used to euthanize cats and dogs. This is very problematic because pentobarbital can withstand the heat from rendering! This also means that there may be euthanized cats and dogs in Ol’ Roy along with the disease (cancer, tumors, etc.) the animal died from!
Main ingredients: Ground yellow corn, meat and bone meal, soybean meal, chicken by-product meal, wheat middlings, animal fat [preserved with BHA and citric acid], natural flavor, brewers rice, salt, calcium carbonate, potassium chloride, choline chloride, color added [red #40, yellow #5, blue #2], menadione sodium bisulfite complex [source of vitamin K activity].
